Ryhs is a professional, highly skilled gentleman. I texted him in the evening with a big problem, he responded, showed up on time the next day, explained options I had and fixed the problem. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to start by saying that communication with Rhys was amazing. What initially appeared to be a simple blockage at our property in Manly turned out to be a collapsed boundary trap, and Rhys took the time to clearly explain the issue, potential risks, and repair options using diagrams and CCTV footage. He arrived promptly and fully equipped to tackle what became a complex sewer repair, and his professionalism and transparency gave us confidence throughout the process. I just want to say a huge Thank you to Rhys and his team at Platinum plumbers. We had a major problem with our sewer line and Rhys quickly identified the problem , explaining in detail what needed to to be done.   We were very appreciative as Rhys liaised with Sydney water to get the best result for us as part of the problem was in the Sydney water sewer line junction that joined our sewer pipe at the end of our property.
